Course Overview
This PX Classroom service offers private tuition for the one-to-one teaching of French in preparation for the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE French speaking exam. Practice will be given in the picture-based discussion and general conversation elements of the exam. It is available in Terms 5a to 6a of Year 2 IGCSE. A free marking service is also included to help students prepare good responses to the speaking questions.
Course Method
Teaching follows the mutually agreed exam board specification, is tailored to the student’s individual needs, and focuses on the areas which need improvement. Particular attention is given to encouraging confidence, fluency, and good exam-technique.
Learning materials are provided based on the Pearson Edexcel sample questions for each topic. Students should expect to complete approximately 30 minutes homework per week.
Course Details
Each unit purchased represents one session of private tuition lasting 30 minutes. Multiple sessions can be purchased in one transaction. The exact dates and times are by mutual agreement with the student.
